National Customer Service Week

JGBM is a success because of the efforts of our employees. During National Customer Service Week we say a big thank you to all of our staff, but especially to our Customer Services Team. Our Customer Services Manager, Ryan, is personable, hard-working, loyal and never fails to deliver the bad jokes around the office! 

Leigh, who only joined us three months ago as our Customer Services Assistant, is empathetic and patient, and has an exceptional phone manner. It also helps that she has a wicked sense of humour! A special thanks to you legends!
