JGBM Christmas Quiz 2024 Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or older who are registered dealers with JGBM. JGBM employees and their immediate family members who are not eligible to participate.
Competition Period: The competition runs from 18th December to 31st December. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
Entry Requirements: Participants must complete the online form and provide a valid email address. Limit one entry per email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who have provided correct answers to the quiz. The random draw will take place on w/c 6th January and the winner will be contacted via the email provided within that same week to request delivery information. If the winner does not respond within three working days of notification, an alternate winner may be drawn.
Prize Details: The prize, a Luxury Devon Hamper, will be dispatched via next-day delivery during the week commencing 6th January. The Luxury Devon Hamper is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery Disclaimer: The prize will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the winner. JGBM is not responsible for the prize being delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the winner. Winners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address provided. JGBM cannot replace prizes that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details.
Publicity Consent: By entering, participants agree that JGBM may announce the winner’s first name and company on its LinkedIn social media profile.
Data Use and Privacy: By entering the competition, you agree for JGBM and WordPress to store your information. The delivery address provided by the winner will be used solely for dispatching the prize and will not be stored beyond this purpose. JGBM will not store your email address for longer than necessary.
Liability: JGBM is not liable for technical malfunctions, network failures, lost entries, delays, or issues with the prize delivery or conditions beyond our control, including third-party delivery services.
Disqualification Clause: JGBM reserves the right to disqualify entries it deems fraudulent or not in accordance with these terms.
Right to Modify or Cancel: JGBM reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
