We’re proud to support internal growth and development, and Liam’s progression is a great example of this in action.
Liam joined the business as a temporary picker through a recruitment agency back in 2019, quickly proving himself during his probation period and moving into a full-time role within the warehouse as a processor and key member of the team.
Over the following years, Liam built strong operational knowledge across all areas of the warehouse, including goods in and goods out, and played an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
His commitment and understanding of the business led to a promotion to Assistant Warehouse Manager, where he worked closely alongside Rob, our Warehouse Manager, to help lead the team and manage warehouse operations.
More recently, Liam has taken on an exciting new challenge as Customer Service Manager, moving away from the warehouse to apply his hands-on experience in a customer-focused role.
We’re excited to see what Liam achieves in his new role and look forward to seeing him continue to grow.
