A great initiative, which we are delighted that our Marketing Manager, Sophie, is supporting! The Mentoring Programme will buddy Sophie up with a young woman who is perhaps struggling in some aspects of her life. Together they will break down barriers she feels surround her, discuss simple life skills and build confidence so she can start her next chapter.
